Crochet Hearts

This February I ran across a crochet pattern for a garland of  hearts for Valentines Day.

I had some left-over pink yarn so I gave it a try.  I was quickly hooked.   After a number of tries getting the pattern right, I was able to quickly work through each heart in as much time as it takes to create a granny square.
